Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1/4 cup pineapple slice, cut into small cubes
2. 2 cups potatoes, boiled,peeled and diced
3. 1/2 cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
4. 1 spring onion, finely chopped
5. 1/2 cup frozen corn, boiled for a few minutes in salted water and drained
6. salt
7. 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
8. 1 tablespoon chopped chives, to garnish
9. 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts, to garnish
Directions:
1. Mix everything together in a bowl.
2. Ganrish with chives and walnuts and serve.
