Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 2 teaspoons oil
2. 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
3. 1/4 teaspoon hing
4. 6 small green chilies
5. 5 curry leaves
6. 1/4 piece ginger
7. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
8. 1 carrot
9. 1/2 red onion
10. 6 green beans
11. 1 1/2 cups vermicelli
12. 2 cups water
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, ginger, green chilies.
2. Microwave carrot and green beans for 2 minutes with oil.
3. Add red onions and carrot,green beans to the pan with oil.
4. Add turmeric powder.
5. After vegetables fried, add water.
6. After water has boiled, add semiya.
