Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 3 big firm tomatoes, chopped
2. 1 medium onion, finely chopped
3. 3 -5 fresh mint leaves
4. salt
5. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
6. 1/2 lemon, juice of
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, toss and refrigerate for half an hour before serving.
