Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 4 tablespoons jaggery, grated
2. 600 ml chilled water
3. 1 teaspoon lemon juice
4. 1 teaspoon ground ginger
5. 4 black peppercorns, crushed
6. 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Directions:
1. Stir the grated jaggery into the water until it has dissolved.
2. Add all the other ingredients and stir well.
3. Strain out the liquid through a fine sieve (optional).
4. Serve chilled.
