Ingredients for 20 servings:
1. 2 tablespoons cayenne powder
2. 4 tablespoons cumin
3. 2 tablespoons turmeric
4. 2 tablespoons ground coriander
5. 2 tablespoons black pepper
6. 2 tablespoons mustard powder (hot)
7. 2 tablespoons salt
8. 2 teaspoons ground ginger
9. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
10. 3/4 cup white vinegar
11. 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
1. Combine all except the oil in a bowl and stir to form a paste.
2. Heat oil in a sauce pan over med-high, add the paste, and reduce to low.
3. Stir vigorously for 8 minutes, scraping the bottom to ensure spices do not burn.
4. Allow to cool and spoon into sterile jar and cap tightly.
