Ingredients for 3 servings:
1. 1 -2 tablespoon tahini
2. 1 teaspoon rice vinegar (scant)
3. 1/2 teaspoon Braggs liquid aminos or 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
4. 1 -2 tablespoon lemon juice
5. 1 -2 tablespoon water
6. 1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
7. 1 garlic clove, minced
