Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1/2 lb small shrimp, peeled
2. 1/2 cup margarine
3. 1/2 cup celery, sliced
4. 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
5. 2 small tomatoes, quartered and in half
6. 1/8 teaspoon garlic
7. 1 lb rice
Directions:
1. Cook rice in a separate pan.
2. Saute green onion and celery.
3. Add shrimp and garlic; when done add tomatoes.
4. Place over rice.
