Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 (6 1/2 ounce) package alouette sundried tomato & basil spreadable cheese
2. 8 eggs
3. 1 cup sour cream
4. 1 cup cooked baby shrimp
5. 2 green onions, minced
6. 2 teaspoons lemon zest
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º F.
2. Whisk together the Alouette Spreadable Cheese, eggs, and sour cream in a large bowl until well blended.
3. Stir in the shrimp, onion, and 1 teaspoons lemon zest until well mixed.
4. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch non-stick baking pan and bake at 350° F for 30 minutes or until set.
5. Cut the warm frittata into squares and garnish with remaining lemon zest.
