Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
2. 6 tablespoons butter, melted
3. 2 tablespoons dry vermouth
4. 1 tablespoon freshly grated parmesan cheese
5. 1 tablespoon paprika
6. 1 1/2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
7. 1 garlic clove, minced
8. 8 jumbo shrimp, shelled, deveined and butterflied
9. clarified butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Butter large baking pan.
3. Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl.
4. Arrange shrimp cut side up in prepared pan.
5. Mount filling atop shrimp, pressing to compact.
6. Bake until golden brown, 10-12 minutes.
7. Serve immediately with clarified butter.
