Ingredients for 10 servings:
1. 12 ounces rotini pasta, cooked and drained
2. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen cooked shrimp, thawed
3. 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
4. 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
5. 1/3 cup canola oil
6. 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
7. 2 1/2 teaspoons dill weed
8. 2 teaspoons salt
9. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
10. 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine the pasta, shrimp, onions and parmesan cheese. In a small bowl, combine the rest of ingredients and whisk until blended. Pour over pasta mix, toss to coat. Cover and chill for 1 to 2 hours.
