Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 8 hard-boiled eggs, yokes removed, chopped
2. 1/2-1 cup plain fat-free yogurt
3. 1/4 cup deli pickle, chopped
4. 1/2 cup celery heart, with leaf chopped
5. 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
6. 1/4 cup hearts of palm, chopped
7. salt and pepper
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients with 1/2 cup of yogurt.
2. Add more yogurt up to 1 cup as desired.
