Ingredients for 36 servings:
1. 1 cup unsalted butter (soft, I use Land O Lakes)
2. 1 cup brown sugar, unpacked
3. 3/4 cup granulated sugar
4. 2 eggs
5. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6. 2 3/4 cups flour
7. 1 teaspoon baking soda
8. 1 teaspoon salt
9. 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Cream the butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl until well mixed.
2. In another bowl add the flour, baking soda, and salt and mix together with a fork.
3. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture unitl dough forms.
4. Add the chocolate chips to the dough and mix in by hand.
5. Roll into one inch balls and put on parchment (or wax paper) lined baking sheets.
6. Bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees.
7. This dough will keep for about a week in the refridgerator.
