Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 16 cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
2. 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
3. 1 cup milk
4. 1 (4 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
5. 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened (NOT melted)
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and melted butter; mix well.
2. Press into a greased 9-in pie plate.
3. In a mixing bowl, beat the milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes.
4. Fold in ice cream.
5. Spoon into the prepared crust.
6. Cover and freeze for 4 hours or til firm.
7. Remove from the freezer 15 minutes before serving.
8. If desired, garnish with whipped topping.
