Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 (225 g) container mixed salad greens
2. 2 cups arugula
3. 1 tablespoon white vinegar
4. 3 tablespoons oil
5. 1 teaspoon sugar
6. 1 garlic clove, minced
7. 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano, dried
8. salt and pepper, to taste
9. 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. In large bowl, place the greens.
2. In container with tight fitting lid put next 6 ingredients.
3. Shake well.
4. Sprinkle cheese over greens and toss with dressing.
5. Serve immediately.
