Ingredients for 10 servings:
1. 2 lbs boiled shrimp, peeled,deveined
2. 4 -5 avocados, chopped
3. 8 small tomatoes, chopped
4. 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
5. 6 green onions, chopped
6. 2 -4 jalapenos, seeded,chopped
7. 2 limes, juice of
8. 1 (12 ounce) jar cocktail seafood sauce
9. 1/4 cup ketchup
10. salt
Directions:
1. Combine shrimp, avocados, tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, jalapeños and lime juice in a bowl and mix gently.
2. Stir in seafood sauce, ketchup and salt.
3. Chill, covered, until serving time.
4. Garnish with a whole jalapeño.
5. Note- if you like it hotter, leave the seeds in the jalapenos.
