Shrimp Palermo

Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 12 large shrimp
2. 2 hot Italian sausage
3. 2 ounces clarified butter
4. 1 clove garlic, finely diced
5. 1 tablespoon diced shallot
6. 3 ounces white wine chablis
7. 1 tablespoon seasame seed tahini (paste)
8. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
9. 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
10. 1 teaspoon dry oregano
11. 1 teaspoon dry basil
12. 1 teaspoon salt
13. 2 teaspoons Tabasco sauce
14. 1/2 cup diced tomato
15. 1 cup crushed tomatoes
16. 1/2 lb cooked linguine

Directions:
1. Peel and devein Shrimp.
2. Cook Sausage in oven 250 degrees for 20 Minutes.
3. Cut Sausage into 1/2 in slices.
4. Saute shrimp and sausage in clarified butter.
5. When allmost done add garlic.shallots,wine,tahini,seasame seeds,basil,oregano,crushed red peppers,tabasco,salt diced tomatoes and crushed tomatoes.
6. Simmer for 5 minutes
7. Serve over Linguine
