Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1/2 cup butter, softened
2. 2/3 cup granulated sugar
3. 1 egg
4. 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
5. 1 teaspoon baking powder
6. 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (see description)
Directions:
1. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2. Beat in the egg.
3. Combine the remaining ingredients, gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Cover and chill 1 hour.
4. Cut each half into 6 peices. Place 1 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
5. Bake at 350*F (180*C) for 10-13 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.
